Shipping and Returns
We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring your order reaches you promptly within 14 days. The shipping cost encompasses full insurance coverage for your product. For orders within Denmark, we utilize the services of GLS, while orders to the rest of the European Union are dispatched via either GLS or UPS. Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are handled through GLS or UPS.
Upon dispatching your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout the delivery process. TAXES AND DUTIES
Within the European Union, all shipments operate on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, incorporating taxes and duties into the final price. Our shipments follow a DAP (Delivered At Place) arrangement for countries outside the European Union.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our returns and exchange policy. You can return products to our webshop within 14 days of receiving your order, and you can choose to exchange them for another product or receive a gift card with no expiration date.
Please note that all Elaine Hersby's products are handmade upon order placement; therefore, we do not provide refunds on any order placed at our webshop. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for another item or a digital gift card.
Ensure that all original packaging, price labels, and related items are returned with the product. We cannot accept returns for worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. In such cases, the items will be returned to you at your own expense.
It's important to note that we do not offer exchanges for items purchased during Sales or Archive sales. Therefore, all Sales and Archive sales styles, as well as orders containing customized designs or those marked as "Made to measure," are non-returnable.
The return of goods is at the customer's expense, and we only accept returns sent with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). While we strive for a smooth process, we cannot take responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Therefore, we recommend retaining a postage receipt with the tracking number as proof of sending the package.
