For orders within Denmark, we utilize the services of GLS, while orders to the rest of the European Union are dispatched via either GLS or UPS. Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our returns and exchange policy. You can return products to our webshop within 14 days of receiving your order, and you can choose to exchange them for another product or receive a gift card. 

Please ensure that all original packaging, price labels, and associated items accompany the returned product. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered. In such instances, the items will be returned to you at your expense.

Please be aware that all Elaine Hersby products are handmade and meticulously crafted upon placing your order. As a result, we do not provide refunds for purchases made on our webshop. Gift cards, whether received as gifts or in exchange for returns, remain valid for one year from the date of purchase or exchange, providing ample time to discover the perfect style. Gift cards cannot be used for items on sale or in our archive sale collections.

It's important to note that we do not offer exchanges for items purchased during Sales or Archive sales.
Therefore, all Sales, Archive sales, "Made to measure" styles, and customized color and measurement designs are non-returnable and can not be exchanged for other items or digital gift cards.

The return of goods is at the customer's expense, and we only accept returns sent with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). While we strive for a smooth process, we cannot take responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Therefore, we recommend retaining a postage receipt with the tracking number as proof of sending the package.
